Online Return Policy:

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

– All products purchased from are covered by a 90-days warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures.

– You must request a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number within 90 days of shipment unless otherwise stated in the product description

–  All returns must be returned in new condition with all the original packaging.

–All warranties are void if returned merchandise is found to be damaged,scracthed,modified or altered in anyway.

– Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged.

– Warranty stickers on the products should not be removed or damaged


To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

1.Contact our online customer serviceor send an email to our mailbox. Email:[email protected]

2.You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns and exchanges in 2-5 business days

3.The item(s) must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and all accessories.

A.The packaging must not have any markings.

B.Returns missing accessories will be rejected.

4.Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box.
